Venturi Scrubber is a high energy , high efficiency dust and fume collector .
The collection efficiency of venturi scubber is a fuction of pressure drop across the throat which related to the quantity of submicron particulate matter suspended in the gas flow.
The pressure drop can be from 6 to 60 inches of W.G. or higher.

Dust - Laden gas enters the wet - approach gas inlet . The gas and scrubbing liquid are intermixed in the venturi throat .

The Dusty mixed liquid passes into a centrifugal seperator where scrubbing liquid and collected solids flow down ward to the slurry discharge and cleaned gas exits to the atmosphere
