Roto - clone is a self - induced spray scrubber which cleans the air by combination of centrifugal force and inter - mixing of water and and dusty air . The dusty - air penetrated in water curtain through a partially submerged stationary “S” formed impeller.

It has no moving parts and other auxiliary equipment as pump or nozzles , so maintenance - free operation is obtained.

Continuos sludge removel , sluicing and flat bottom design can be ordered as options.
Higher efficiency , particulary for the smaller , hard to collect dust in heavier loaded dusty air can be obtained by variable water level which creates more pressure drop . This increases the effect of centrifugal forces acting on the particles and causes them to penetrate the water curtain and precipitate out of air flow.
